مردم آمریکا و اروپا(اتلانتیک شمالی) تنهانیستند، و در قیام برعلیه نژاد پرستی نباید تردید کنند. مظلومان دنیا تا سرنگونی:نظام دیکتاتوری لیبرال فاشیست آمریکا، در کنار آنها هستند. سازمان ملل نیز سعیدارد به این قیام بپیوندد. اما هر کس باید وظیفه خود را بشناسد. سازمان ملل بایدفورا خود مختاری سیاتل را به رسمیت بشناسد، و حقوق اساسی و امنیت مردم آنجا راتامین کند. ایالت های دیگر هم باید هرچه سریعتر، نسبت به اعلام خودمختاری و ثبت:در سازمان مللل اقدام نمایند. برای این کار فقط کافی است پلیس را از شهر بیرونکنند، و دفاتر ان را مرکز خود مختاری خود معرفی نمایند. این کار باعث خواهد شد که:بتوانند ارتش و پلیس ملی داشته باشند، و اگر چنانچه ارتش آمریکا به آنها حمله کرد،اشغالگر محسوب می شود، و میتوانند از سپاه ایران کمک بخواهند. اروپاییها در اینکار پیشقدم شوند! زیرا با براندازی مجسمه های طاغوتیان، نشان دادند که لیاقت آزادیو نفس کشیدن را دارند. آنها هم باید مراکز پلیس را تصرف نمایند. البته پلیس فرانسهاعلام همبستگی کرده، و دستبند ها را تحویل دولت داده است. ولی این کافی نیست. همهمردم اروپا، آفریقا و کل مستضعفان جهان بپا خیزند. هرنوع آثار تسلط شیطان بزرگ راتصرف کرده، تبدیل به محل خدمت به مردم و محرومین نمایند. همه کاخ ها باید مصادره،و به حسینیه تبدیل شوند تا: در حکومت جدید، مردم گرسنه و بی پول نباشند. امکاناتپلیس و کاخ ها باید تبدیل به: آشپزخانه های بزرگ و تالار پذیرایی های باشکوه شود.و مردم در ان حمایت مالی و معنوی شوند. در ایران و خط مقاومت هم، وظیفه سنگین تراست. ون باید در صف اول مبارزات باشند. هرکس می خواهد با دولت آمریکا مبارزهکند، الان وقت آن رسیده. سپاه پاسداران باید مواظب آتش سوزیهای تصنعی باشد، که مزدورانآمریکا برای انحراف افکار عمومی، آن را ادامه می دهند. ماهیت ضد امپریالیستی همهمدعیان امروز معلوم می شود: اگر ساکت باشند و یا احیانا نهضت را باور نکنند، معلوممی شود دروغ می گویند. سازمان های بین المللی، وظیفه دارند از مردم آمریکا حمایتکنند. الان هنگام ارسال کمک های بشر دوستانه است، تا مردم از قیام خود خسته نشوند.باید در بین مناطق خودمختار نهاد های مردمی ایجاد شود. حداقل نهادهای مئرد نیاز دراین شرایط: نهاد بسیج و امداد است. به دستورات امام خمینی در انقلاب اسلامی ایراندقت نمایند. ابتدا ایشان شورای انقلاب را تشکیل داد. سپس دولت در سایه را معرفیکرد. دولت در سایه و شورای انقلاب از میان: افراد انقلابی و شرکت کننده در تظاهرات،اقدام به عضوگیری برای انضباط جدید شهری نمود تا: حفظ امنیت و مقابله با نیروهایسرکوبکر را بر قرار کنند. دولت مرکزی در این موقع اقدام به اعزام نیروهای ارتش مینماید. باید مانع ورود آنها به شهر ها شد. و یا ارتش آمریکا خود را تسلیم کند.یعنی سربازان فرار کنند و به شهرهای خود بروند. و بعد همه نیروهای فراری از ارتشمرکزی دورهم جمع شده و ارتش آزادیبخش ایالت خود را تشکیل دهند. کمیته امداد امامخمینی اولین نهاد بعد از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی است تا به خانواده های شهدا وجانبازان و انقلابیون زیان دیده رسیدگی کنند. و بعد نوبت جهاد سازندگی می رسد کهبه زمین های کشاورزی روی آورده تا غذای مردم را تامین کنند. روابط بین الملل هرگزنباید فراموش شود. عده ای منتقد دولت مرکزی باید مسئولیت تماس با با اتحادیهافریقا و اروپا باشند. تا با اخذ آرای لازم ایالت خود را به ثبت برسانند. و ایراندر همه این زمینه ها آماده همکاری براساس روابط متقابل است. لذا باید که هر ایالتیاعلام خودمختاری نموده، صاحب ارتش ملی و پرچم جداگانه شوند.
